Why The Bible Is Unlike Any Other Book Ever Written
The Word of God is invaluable. It is our Lord and Savior in our hands speaking to our heart, bringing comfort to our mind, and refreshment to our soul. Spending time in the Word is the most important activity of your day. You are literally plugging yourself into the power of the universe and putting up a force field of protection when you read, meditate, and apply the Word of God to your life! You can feel it’s power, as you read you can literally feel your soul being watered with life and your soul being fed truth.
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” – John 1:1
“It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.” – John 6:63
“Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.” – Proverbs 30:5
“But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.” – 1 Peter 1:25
“I rejoice at thy word, as one that findeth great spoil.” Psalms 119:162
My prayer for you today is that your heart, your mind, your soul all become good fertile ground. As the Word is planted may it take root and produce fruit. Amen

What would you to the assertion that the consensus archaeological evidence more or less indicates that Hebrews were not in Egypt, therefore, the Bible’s historical text are nothing more than a creation myth. And because Moses appears to Jesus and such in the New Testament; it’s all a house of Cards.

I would say that when asked to chose between science and God…I choose God. And I also say that the scientific community has its own religion to substantiate proof for its existence- Evolution. They then proceed to continually come up with “evidence” that supports it.
This takes me to toothpaste…ever heard the commercials… “9 out of 10 dentists recommend such and such a brand of toothpaste”… why would I buy something that someone recommends that makes their living off my teeth decaying.
I live by faith…not by sight. The whole world could tell me there is no God…but my faith…oh it screams from my inner core – THERE IS A GOD WORTHY TO BE PRAISED! He sits on a throne surrounded by a hundred million angels singing his praise right now!
It’s interesting when I provide evidence, there’s either an issue that the scholar is theist or that it doesn’t agree with the consensus. Okay, I get that but I’m fine with being in the minority. The idea is inconceivable to them why I would choose it.
The Just shall live by faith. The unjust cannot nor never will comprehend the mysteries and the wisdom those in Christ understand. It is only understandable through the discernment of the Holy Spirit. They are unable, to understand, this is a spiritual truth. It is repeated over and over again.
It is the same reason, the educated men of Jesus time, (the scribes, Pharisees ) looked Jesus straight in the eyes and could NOT see God before them. They did not have faith. They had knowledge from books and men…NOT wisdom from God. The Holy Spirit ALLOWS us to understand the mysteries of faith.
